5 Best Ways of how to reduce weight
and Stay Slim

I, Naresh Malhotra, am sharing a few of my
time-tested methods which will surely help you to remain fit and slim. These
methods will equally prove to be efficient for those who want to reduce their
weight. I am following these tricks for last 20 years or more and I have been
successful in maintaining my weight in a tight range of 70kgs – 75kgs (My
height is 5’8” and my present weight is 71kgs !)
1. Drink hot-hot water (sip by sip)
twice a day. It should be the first thing in the morning and the last thing
while going to bed.
2. You can mix TRIFLA (combined juice of
three herbal fruits – Amla, Bahera and Hareed) or SAAFI which is a blood
purifier in your hot water but only in the morning.
3. Maintain a balance sheet (mentally)
of what you are eating and how much. If one meal is heavy, skip the next meal
and instead drink hot water at the next meal time.
4. Eat whatever you want because
fulfilling one’s desires give positive energy but limit the quantity to the
minimum. Don’t eat to fill the stomach, eat just to quench your taste buds and
then leave.
5. Physical activity is a must –
walking, jogging, pilates, yoga, stair climbing (10-15 rounds), squatting etc.
can be done according to the comfort level and increase the intensity gradually
on daily basis. Don’t do the same type and same level of exercise daily as
it’ll have no effect. Change the pattern of your exercise and the intensity
also to get the best results.
Always
remember without the desired Inputs you can’t get your dream output.
